 Written Articles/Poems/Short Stories Requirements:

*Must include the author's name.

*Must have a title.

*Be 300 to 1000 words long (for informational pieces only). Poems & Short Stories can be any length.

*Be uploaded in a .doc, .docx or .rtf file format

*Include an accompanying image. (Please do not include a photo/image in or on the actual Word doc. See below for instructions on this)

*Be reviewed for grammar, understanding and appropriateness.

Images/Photos/Artwork Requirements:

*Photos or artwork/image must be uploaded as a .jpg .png or .gif file.

*Please do not put the photo in the actual word document as this reduces the resolution (doesn’t look as crisp online).

*Send article as a high resolution file (At least 1200px by 600px).

*Include a submission description of at least 150 words. (*Space is provided in the form).

Audio/Podcast Requirements:

*Be uploaded as an .Mp3 file (OR)

*Be uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo and the link included (if podcast saved as a video file)

*Include a submission description of at least 150 words. (*Space is provided in the form).

Video Requirements:
